Brenda Burns - Lead Pastor

Brenda grew up in Tampa, Florida, but has lived in Virginia most of her adult life. She has served in a variety of ministry roles, and as lead pastor of Ayr Hill Church since 2018.

Blane Young - Assistant Pastor

Blane previously served in Washington, DC for the past fifteen years on the campuses of American University and Georgetown University as a Campus Minister. He joined our staff part-time in May 2024 and transitioned to serving full-time in August 2026.

Each pastor is ordained with the Assemblies of God and part of the Potomac Ministry Network.
